色觉是人类视网膜锥细胞区分不同波长光线的能力。通过两种互动训练模式,你可以系统性地提升颜色工作记忆和色彩敏感度。 Color vision is the ability of retinal cone cells to distinguish wavelengths of light. Through two interactive training modes, you can systematically enhance color working memory and color sensitivity.

🧠训练原理Training Principles

人类有三种锥细胞(S/短波/蓝、M/中波/绿、L/长波/红),通过它们的组合响应来感知约 100 万种颜色。色觉训练利用神经可塑性原理,通过反复的颜色辨识练习,强化大脑视觉皮层对颜色差异的处理能力。Humans have three types of cone cells (S/short/blue, M/medium/green, L/long/red), combining their responses to perceive approximately one million colors. Color vision training leverages neuroplasticity — repeated color discrimination exercises strengthen the brain's visual cortex processing of color differences.

三种锥细胞对不同波长的敏感度曲线有重叠区域。颜色辨识训练的本质就是扩大感知差异——让大脑更敏感地捕捉这些重叠区域中的微妙变化。The sensitivity curves of the three cone types overlap in certain wavelength ranges. The essence of color discrimination training is expanding perceptual differences — making the brain more sensitive to subtle changes in these overlapping regions.

🔢 模式一:颜色序列Mode 1: Color Sequence

依次展示 N 个颜色块后消失,你需按相同顺序回忆。6 级难度逐级递增。每级需连续正确 3 次晋级,连续错误 2 次降级。每回合限时 10 秒,超时判负。支持撤销重选。N color blocks are shown in sequence then disappear. Recall them in the correct order. 6 difficulty levels. Advance with 3 consecutive correct, drop with 2 consecutive errors. 10-second countdown per round. Undo supported.

🔍 模式二:色盲筛查Mode 2: Color Screening

识别 Ishihara 风格的抽象点图中隐藏的 3 位数字。每次正确降低对比度 5%,每次错误增加对比度 5%。每回合限时 5 秒,超时判负。Identify hidden 3-digit numbers in Ishihara-style abstract dot patterns. Contrast changes by 5% per correct/wrong answer. 5-second countdown per round.
