调节(Accommodation)是眼睛改变焦距以看清不同距离物体的能力。它的核心执行者是睫状肌——一块环绕晶状体的环形平滑肌。Accommodation is the eye's ability to change focal length to see objects at different distances. Its core executor is the ciliary muscle — a ring of smooth muscle surrounding the lens.

当睫状肌收缩时,悬韧带松弛,晶状体因其弹性自然变厚——曲率增加,屈光力增强,适合看近处物体。当睫状肌放松时,悬韧带拉紧,晶状体被拉薄——曲率减小,屈光力减弱,适合看远处物体。When the ciliary muscle contracts, the suspensory ligaments relax and the lens naturally thickens due to its elasticity — curvature increases, refractive power strengthens, suitable for viewing near objects. When the ciliary muscle relaxes, the suspensory ligaments tighten and the lens is pulled thin — curvature decreases, refractive power weakens, suitable for viewing distant objects.
